The Institute for Organizational Leadership is an educational consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, organizational development, leadership training, and information management.

The Institute was founded in 1993 by Dr. Jim and Lynette Chambers with the backing of a small group of supporters who believed in the vision and saw the need for better organizational resources for local churches and Christian Ministries. A few months later, IOL began expanding its services to include private and public corporations, educational institutions, and service groups.
